It is a real honour to be the Headteacher at The Hayfield School. Our pupils are impeccably behaved and highly motivated to achieve the very best they can.
The Hayfield School is proud of its record of high achievement and strives to ensure that this is sustained year on year, despite many changes in the educational landscape. We embrace change and will continue to work very hard to stand by our values. In September 2017 New College Doncaster opens its brand new Sixth Form next door to the School and The Hayfield School will become an 11-16 school from September 2018.
At The Hayfield School we enjoy our work. We enjoy making a difference and shaping the lives of young people. We take great care to ensure that employees are valued and cared for in an environment, which can be highly pressured but one which is incredibly rewarding. We take pride in everything we do and are totally committed to making sure our pupils are well prepared for their future. We want them to make the best progress they can in all their subjects, but we also want them to be well-rounded individuals who can cope with all that life brings. Our staff give up their spare time generously and this ensures that our extra-curricular programme is exemplary. It is a very busy and happy place to be, but the expectations are high. Our academic performance over time demonstrates that we are very good at what we do, but we always strive for better. We hope that our website (currently under review) is informative and that you get a feel for how we work.
Current vacancies are listed but we welcome enquires about future vacancies at any time. If you are interested please contact Paula Kynman, HR Manager at the school in the first instance either via the school telephone (01302) 770589 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
